Yields: 4 Servings Difficulty: Medium Prep Time: 4 Hr Cook Time: 10 Mins Total Time: 4 Hr 10 Mins

The Masala box is an important one that is available in every Indian Kitchen. Each of the ingredients in the Masala box brings flavor and enhances the taste of the dish it is added to. One of the ingredients seen is Fenugreek which has a bitter taste, yet gives awesome flavors when added to sambar, morkuzhambu, etc. Fenugreek/ Vendhayam is not only flavorful but has potential health benefits too. It is a boon for regulating sugar levels, promotes weight loss, reduces inflammation. It is also good for nursing moms as it aids in ilk supply. I made this traditional, forgotten Vendhaya Dosai recently and paired it up with some onion chutney. This Dosai is so soft, fluffy, and flavorful. This is not only for nursing moms, but it can be had by anyone if you are bored of the regular dosa. Try this Vendhaya Dosa for your breakfast or dinner and enjoy its flavors.
