- When you choose small potatoes, make sure it is of equal size. If you are unable to get small potatoes, you can use regular-sized potatoes and make cubes out of it and proceed with the recipe.
- You can also use generous oil and deep fry it first and then toss with freshly ground spices. I would like to have a low-fat version and hence used less oil and sauteed it.
