- In this recipe, I have used jaggery powder. You can also use honey instead. However, make sure to switch off the flame as soon as you add it to prevent turning hard.
- We loved having peanuts in this curry with its coarse texture. If you are allergic to nuts, avoid adding peanuts. The curry will be still tasty.
