One such healthy and evergreen hit dosa is this spinach dosa which the kids love. In addition to the rice, I have also added quinoa – a super grain for more health benefits. If you have no access to quinoa, replace it with any other millets. This Spinach Dosa has the right proportions of rice, Quinoa, dals, and topped off with healthy greens. Do try this healthy dosa and pair it with simple coconut chutney or podi.
- This Dosa can be made as soon as it is grounded. There is no need to ferment the batter.
- The addition of toor dal to this dosa gives a crispy texture and Urad dal acts as a binding agent to make perfect dosas.
