- I have used exactly two teaspoons of ghee for roasting rava and coconut which was sufficient to make the burfi. You may add a teaspoon more if you feel it sticks to the pan.
- I have used freshly grated coconut in this burfi. You can also use readymade desiccated coconut powder. But need to be very careful when roasting as they may burn if roasted longer.
