  • 1 stick Green chilli
  • 2 stick Garlic flakes
  • 1 tsp Grated coconut
  • 1 dash Salt
Instructions
  1. In a mixer, add the roasted gram, coconut, salt, green chili, and garlic flakes.
  2. Grind them again until fine .add water by spoons. Roll them on to a ball and transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
Recipe Notes

  • The ratio of roasted gram and coconut is to be maintained without altering it. This thogayal has more of roasted gram and coconut is just a supplement to it.
  •   Do not add water in plenty at the beginning itself. This will result in a runny chutney. Powder the roasted gram and then add water to reach the right consistency.
