Muffins are everyone’s favorite. Mostly sweet muffins are made for breakfast and enjoyed with a cup of hot coffee. I tried this savory muffin which is pizza flavored. Why not pizza for breakfast. Also, I made them with whole wheat flour and used less cheese to make them less calorie and yet, soft and tasty. The idea was absolutely a winning one with kids loving them. A warm pizza muffin with a hot cup of tea was our breakfast and we enjoyed this on a cold, winter morning. This can also be packed for some healthy snack option.
