HARIYALI PANEER CURRY
Paneer is a favorite ingredient for many from kids to adults. There are many recipes with paneer that are tasty. We tasted this specific Paneer curry in a restaurant. Normally, Hariyali Paneer tikkas are served in many restaurants. But this was more like curry and perfect for phulkas. It is very tasty and subtle in its flavor with a blend of fresh herbs. A big scoop of this curry with some salad and a couple of phulkas will definitely make your meal time wonderful.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Paneer Cubes
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onions
- 1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 dash Salt
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Panchporan (Substitute with jeera seeds )
- 1/2 stick Lemon
For making Hariyali Paste
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- 1 cup Mint Leaves
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 5 stick Garlic
- 2 stick Green Chilli
Instructions
- Make a green paste with coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, and garlic. Make a paste with 1/4th cup of water.
- Add oil to a pan. When hot, add panchporan and wait till it splutters. Add chopped onions, tomatoes until soft. Add spice powders with salt. cook covered for 2 mins until raw smell goes off. add the grounded green paste.
- Let the curry cook until a rolling boil stage. Add paneer when raw smell of the herbs goes. Let it cook for 3-4 mins.
- Turn off stove and squeeze lemon to it. Serve with rotis and phulkas.
