While Paneer is found in most of the stores, there is definitely a compromise in its freshness and texture. Home made Paneer is fresh and soft, and easy too. With it comes the flavoring that is added, making it more appealing to the eyes and well as a burst of flavors in the mouth. In this fresh home made paneer/ Indian cottage cheese, I have used freshly available spices and herbs to make a flavorful bomb. Do try this Paneer , and use them in your dishes or you can eat them as such. I couldn’t resist gobbling few pieces of this fresh Paneer as I made them.

- when making Paneer, always Use full fat or whole milk for best results.
- I have used dry mint leaves for this. If you have fresh mint leaves, you can clean them, chop into fine pieces and add it to make paneer.
- In addition to the mentioned spices, you can also add crushed coriander seeds, for an additional flavor.
