I paired Oats and beetroot that are rich in fibre to make this healthy cutlet/tikki. For those who are concentrating on weight loss, these cutlets will keep you full and is highly nutritious.   • Boil two potatoes and mash them coarsely.
  • Add grated beetroot, boiled sweet corn, salt, masala powders, green chilli, powdered oats.
  • Mix everything together. Shape them into circle or any desired shape. Coat them with wheat flour slurry. Dust them on powdered oats.
  • Shallow fry on a pan until both the sides turn golden. Serve with coriander chutney or sweet chutney.
