Airfried Masala Peanuts

Masala Peanuts are very addictive snacks. It is a very flavorful snack and this can be made very healthy by airfrying the masala peanuts instead of deep frying. The ingredients are very easily available and you need only a few teaspoons of oil to make this delicious and healthy snack. Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Raw Peanuts
  • 2 tsp Rice Flour
  • 3 tsp Gram Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 3 stick Garlic
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 2 tsp Oil
Instructions
  1. Remove skin from peanuts and transfer to a large plate. Add two teaspoon of oil to it. Now add all the masala powders and flour to it. Mix them so it coats the peanuts completely. Sprinkle about three tablespoons of water to the peanuts. Make them into clusters.
  2. Air fry at 350F for 4-5 mins. Let it cool down completely. Store in an airtight container and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

I have air fried the peanuts to make it a healthy snack. If you do not have an airfryer, you can deep fry the peanuts and serve. I added garlic to add an extra flavor to the masala peanuts. You can avoid it and replace with asafoetida powder.
